Our Colchester Carpet Shop in the Spotlight 

Ramsden Mills has been selling carpets for over 60 years, and this year we doubled our businesses selling power with our Colchester branch opening. With what was the Colchester Carpet Superstore, now coming under the Ramsden Mills brand. So, lets put our newest Ramsden Mills store under the spotlight and share with you what’s so special about our latest Essex carpet showroom.  

Where is the Ramsden Mills Colchester Carpet Shop? 

Lets start with where it is. Already an established carpet showroom, the transition over to Ramsden Mills was recently complete. Located on the Pear Tree Road, this thriving retail area sits on the edge of Colchester in the rapidly expanding area of Stanway. It’s a popular destination with shoppers especially, boasting a large range of homeware shops and leisure activities.  

With the store looking fresh with new Ramsden Mills signage and full of displays for customers to view, the Colchester carpet shop is open Monday to Saturday 9am -5pm – It’s a welcoming showroom, with ample customer parking and always someone on hand to advise on the best products.  

It quickly becomes easy to see as customers enter – that Ramsden Mills is the largest Stockist of carpet in Essex. Their range is vast. There’s the hard-wearing carpets that are bleach cleanable and stain resistant, perfect for commercial settings such as Regency Carpets Harmony Action Back, right through to the luxury floor coverings such as the premium Westex Ultima Twist Pinnacle, that offers a superb combination of performance and comfort – with 120 colours to choose from.  Not only is the carpet available to see and feel in the showroom, Ramsden Mills also offer a free estimation and measurement service and have their own expert fitters available to lay your flooring around the Colchester area. 

Not only this but with its popularity continuingly growing – the amount of other flooring options apart from carpet, has also been growing with it, in the Colchester Carpet shop. From laminate and Luxury Vinyl Tiles, (LVT) there is a huge range to choose from.
